A standard CEC candidate, PGWP holder, with over one year working experience, NOC 2134, still working btw, couldn't get 600 points for arranged employment?! This doesn't make sense! at all! I waited for this express entry, and now I couldn't even get invitation. Come on CIC, you can do better!
