How long it takes for background check after pre-arrival letter?

My family medical was done on June 7 it was sent to immigration on June 9 and it showed on ECAS as 'medical has been received" on June 18. So it takes a while, give it a bit of time and it will be acknowledged by the immigration.

Received prearrival on 19th May 2021 and nothing so far after that, waiting

In the timeline I missed ADR (family photos and questionnaires) along with biometrics which were submitted first week of May 2021

Thanks @Samsung _me appreciate your advice, @armoured gave the exact same advice on a different thread. I assume they won't accept passports with less than 6 months validity at the time of PPR, is this correct? otherwise I was wondering that we can wait to get through the process if it happens...
