Hi, I have worked from outside Canada for mt Canadian employer for 2 months. I know won't be counted for CEC, but can I add it with my foreign work experience and claim points? If anyone can help.

Yes you can claim as foreign experience

It has been answered but, to add to the thread, I know someone that lived in Ontario on a PGWP, worked remotely for a company based in Ontario, and got PR through CEC. So yes, you can claim Canadian experience if you live in Canada and work remotely for a Canadian company (outside Quebec).
You can work in Quebec as well remotely and physically. No issue.

Hi, lets say I work for my Canadian employer remotely outside Canada for 2 months and use it to get foreign experience. Do I need separate documents to support it or just an letter of explanation that i was working outside for the same company would do?

Letter is fine along with listing absence period in work experience as a separate entry

Thanks for your response. I have one more question. Can I use vacation of 4 weeks along with 4 weeks of remote work outside Canada to cover the foreign experience that I lack for 1 year. (I have 44 weeks of foreign experience already)

Not legal advice but don’t believe you can count the vacation time towards foreign experience.

Yes, you can if you have enough proof of that.

Even the time working abroad while taking vacation time? Also confused how this is vacation time if also trying to count this as work hours.
The issue is that this work outside of Canada doesn't qualify as Canadian experience, but it can qualify as foreign experience. Just need to have solid proof of that not to trigger additional questions of credibility.

Hi, what is considered a solid proof? I can take 4 weeks vacation and is only allowed to work 4 weeks max outside the country, is a loe and travel history considered enough?

References, paystubs, job offer, employment letter.
does the employment letter need to have specific information about my vacation and work outside the country is my question?
I assume my workplace will give a letter with start date to present with job duties.

I’m wondering how to show the work done outside as foreign experience without raising questions.
