we called and sent in a webform, although she only got her new one 2 days ago. they said they would get back to us with an update soon, but not sure when
did you receive your original back? If so, how long apart in shipments did it take? my partner received only her new one but she requested in writing that she wanted her old one as it contained a valid visa.
