yes I know but as per info widely available on net I can give bio after expiration only so looking if they allow to renew when applying again (having valid bio) so I can have a chance for visa issue to me maximum period (otherwise they will issue visa till my bio is valid )

My TRV is expired but biometric still valid for another 3 years so my question is can I extend my biometric for another 5-10 years when applying fresh TRV? because as I remember I can’t see any option. Appreciate expert reply Thanks

I get every time 06 month stay (no stamp from CBSA) even I declared my stay period 15 days every time (with specific departure date in declaration card) so I think only matter is your intention

You don’t have to do anything once your Bio is completed at VAC, after due diligence by IRCC it will be reflect n your application after some (no action required from your side and no need to visit vac further) unless they have any issue with your bio quality

I was refused on same ground but after providing detail info I got the TRV ( after 45 days) so as expert says this is generic refusal if VO is not satisfy with application. when you trying again then try to address all refusal point one by one to convince him to consider your approval
