Hi,
My brother applied for a TRV along with his wife, and both received their Biometric Instruction Letters at the same time. However, on his wife’s letter, the country of birth is incorrect. We double-checked her application on IRCC, and the country of birth is entered correctly there.
Could someone please advise what we should do in this situation?
Can VFS proceed with biometrics using this letter, or do we need to get it corrected first?
I would appreciate a quick response.
Note: Both held Canadian VISA (twice) previously and this time they opted for BIO renewal and this issue occur.
