Hi,

My brother applied for a TRV along with his wife, and both received their Biometric Instruction Letters at the same time. However, on his wife’s letter, the country of birth is incorrect. We double-checked her application on IRCC, and the country of birth is entered correctly there.

Could someone please advise what we should do in this situation?

Can VFS proceed with biometrics using this letter, or do we need to get it corrected first?

I would appreciate a quick response.

Note: Both held Canadian VISA (twice) previously and this time they opted for BIO renewal and this issue occur.

Biometric enrollment was successfully completed at the VAC using the same letter (and really surprise to see also updated on ircc portal within one hour), without any issues. We have already submitted a web form and received a standard response.

Could you please advise how we can further pursue this case without a reference number, and which channel or office we should contact?
