From what I’ve observed, IRCC was really quickly processing the citizenship applications and all of their focus was on it before elections. Since the elections, they’ve slowed down significantly. For example, the AOR time used to be a 7-14 days and now it is 30-45 days. You can double check it...- arkhan433

I'm in the same situation. I contacted the SPF using https://www.police.gov.sg/feedback and attached a screenshot where COC is required and they sent me a response saying they need authority letter from IRCC. I called IRCC and the agent asked me to submit the application with explanation letter...- arkhan433
