on what pathway did you apply?

I sent email to ircc Paris after we form they asked me to sent proof that I m in canada, tickets or stamp, I sent all informations 2 February and stil didn't have my credentials portal

I received my portal and uploaded the photo last Jan 31, 2022
I am still waiting for my eCOPR.

I am in same situation.
I replied to Original email with UCI, Name, etc. Next day, I got portal confirmation with link to portal login. But haven't received portal credentials.
I sent follow up emails twice asking the credentials. No response yet.

As per latest gcms, Visa office Edmonton.
Visa office is not mentioned in Original email (IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal – E00XXXX) or in pdf document.

Today one of my friend got the eCopr .. she uploaded the photo and address on 16th December. Had to wait for almost 2 months. I am also waiting since January 4th. Not sure why its taking so long to just review the declaration of being in Canada

And the type is Permanent residency card?
