Hi @legalfalcon i have a few queries, which i wanted your views on.
First please note my status as of Nov 2021, GCMS notes:

AOR - 2nd Aug 2020
Eligibility - passed
Security - not started
Criminality - not started
Info sharing - Complete

Queries are as follows:
1) I got married in December 2020, post ITA and AOR. I had sent multiple web forms to IRCC to update on my status change, however, aside from the auto generated email there was no specific response from IRCC. Should i keep resending web forms till they respond specifically, or just wait for them to contact me?
2) I have so far been a resident of Dubai, UAE. and had applied from here, however next month i will be cancelling my resident visa and shifting to my home country, India. If suppose i am issued a PR, after giving additional documents as may be required (i.e re-medical). Does change of COR have any impact on PR processing?

1. It can take a few weeks for IRCC to revert back. The comments required to add a spouse are as follows:

1. An IMM8 Application
2. Schedule A form for spouse
3. Additional Family Information form for primary applicant and spouse.
4. Fee receipt for spouse - Processing fee ($550) and right of permanent residence fee ($490).
5. Birth Certificate of spouse, translation, and affidavit of translation.
6. Copy of Spouse's Passport
7. Copy of marriage certificate and marriage registration
8. Wedding Card and Photographs
9. Police clearance certificate for the primary applicant and spouse
10. Spouse's upfront medical
11. Letter of Explanation (If required)

2. Change of CoR has no impact except the final stage, i.e. where you have to submit your passport.

PoF: yes, keep a proof of the transfer of funds.

hi @legalfalcon sir, i received PPR and have submitted the passport/photos to VAC as per PPR letter instruction. but my GC account shows action required and when i open the documents section i can see a field for uploading passport :S and required by 28 march 2022. Should I ignore this? Is this just a system thing IRCC does so that action required is shown in account and we are reminded to submit passport/read PPR letter? all the recent PPRs from SGVO have the same thing but no one is sure whether to upload the passport scans again in the field or just ignore it. Can you pls shed some light on it.

I am also having an issue here, I was also asked to upload but the UPLOAD FILE button is not working or disabled, anyone facing this problem too?
