PR confirmation portal timelines

I did last Friday but no response ,I don't no what I can do , almost 6 weeks now ,thanks will send again few days
Hi everyone,
I need your help in below queries
1. I have recently added my spouse into my existing PR application and got the PR confirmation portal email on 20th Jan,2022 to my spouse’s email address instead of my email- Any one of you had this similar situation and is it normal as I added my spouse ?
2. I have replied to the PR portal email with the required details on 21st Jan,got a reminder on 22nd and replied to that as well but again I got reminder email today. Is this reminder email auto generated or I need to reply again? ,please advise .

January 20, 2022 - Submitted Photo and Confirm Mailing Address through PR Portal
Still waiting for E-COPR. Just wondering, those who already got their ecopr, does it say when you are officially a PR? Are you PR the day you got the email saying your PR application has been approved or the day they send you the ecopr?

Updated timeline:
First email: 17/11- Reply the same day
Second email (Portal credential 24/11 - log in and submit both address and picture on 25/11
Ecopr: 09/12
Pr card: still submitted status on Mycic, In review both address and photo on Portal
Is anyone have the same timeline as me?
