First Portal email- 11th January 2022
Second Portal email- 12th January 2022
eCoPR - 19th January 2022

( I just emailed today morning-IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca - to give me eCoPR status update and got it few hours later )

This email address is dedicated solely to clients invited by IRCC to use the Permanent Residence (PR) Portal in order to be confirmed as permanent residents. You must be invited by IRCC in order to have an account created in the PR Portal.

Yes, that's an auto-reply. It's normal. You got an invitation from IRCC, so they will respond.

Have you called call centre? (If you are in Canada, you can try calling). Sometimes they give more detailed info than what you see online

They have told to wait earlier but I'm trying to contact them again. The line's always busy.

Yes best time to call is early morning. They open at 8 am so if you dial at 7:59 you have a high chance to get through.

I emailed around 4 PM, got eCoPR around 8 AM the next day. Probably your office is busy, you'll get it don't worry.

Can we delay in replying to 1st Portal email? Is there any time limit to reply to Portal 1 email?

You have 7 days to send them the requested info so that they send you the login info. If you don't reply to the email, you will get reminders.

If you have photoshop, you can change the size to what they're suggesting. You can use online photoshop as well.

mine was Calgary. I think Calgary office is pretty quick on their feet. I remember replying to the first portal email, then 10 minutes later they sent me credentials email.

The expiry date is because that ecopr will be substituted by the pr card that is the official document
