I've whitelisted the cic.gc.ca domain but definitely still anxious about the PPR email going to spam, the system shouldnt have to hang on such a thin thread

How do you actually whitelist a domain in GMail ? Do you just enter the "@cic.gc.ca" in the "From" field when you create the filter ?

Hi guys. We received PPR today, AOR Feb 2020, FSW Outland. Remedicals requested and submitted about 10 months ago. VO Ottawa. CoR Morocco.
We submitted documents to include our newborn girl some time back and followed up with emails and webforms but she was never added to our profile under dependants. They never requested medicals for her. Does that mean they neglected to add her? Or should we just submit passports including hers? What to do from now?
Ps : call center agent says they can see our newborn in the application but that's all they can tell. They advised us to send a webform. Thoughts?
