I haven’t got anything. So the only thing pending for me should be medial, I update form and police certificate already to CPC-M. Not sure why they didn’t do anything yet. File was received by HK on Oct 19th.

Do you have a representative? Get him or her to contact them via webform. They usually reply back fairly quick within 3 to 7 days.
