I keep telling him to think twice about investing all his efforts on Express Entry and consider plans B,C,... but he insists that we will be selected for sure (even tho in the best scenario he would hardly make it to 470). He is at peak of optimism...He says IRCC is waiting for him to get that golden ILETS score and they will resume the draws, so guys let us wait for it

I'm thinking of applying for a postgraduate diploma. Is it easier getting the PR from this avenue even if it's expensive and what's the Post graduate work permit duration after the diploma? How hard is it for the permit to include my spouse and young kids?

depends on your specific case.
how many years of exp you have? IT / Management / health ?
your highest qualification?
your financial status?
your personal assets?
home ties?

proving and convincing the VO with all evidences may get your SP approved, you'll need a very detailed statement of purpose especially if the spouse and kids are accompanying.

Guys, I don’t know what the hell just happened but we have received an ITA on New Brunswick INB portal. We have submitted the application yeaterday and it was approved today. We just need to sens out all required documents. They have also mentioned that they will be able to get us an open work permit for the time when the PR app is in progress this is awesom news
