My application is not in process yet on ecas
maybe it’s good reason as Ayanna said the longer it’s takes the better outcome be positive soon you will hear some thing still have two months for end of year
I cross my fingers for this weekend though I check my ecas by 12 pm still in process could be tomorrow or Saturday my Stutas will to decision made

They may have sent yours to Montreal just like mine. They are always slow. Mine took 8 months to get in process and approval 3 months later I waited patiently, never called nor request notes. Thank God for approval.
Have faith and be patient. You will get approval soon by the Grace of God.
Here is my timeline;
November 17, 2020- Application received
January 15, 2021- Biometrics request
January 21th, 2021- Biometrics completed
April 16 2021- In process
July 14, 2021- AIP
August 9th- Medical and all documents except police clearance submitted
September 1st 2021- Police clearance submitted
October 21- COPR
Here is a little about me, I came to canada as an international student in 2013, I entered into the pool for express entry However, the numbers at the time were too high and I wasn't selected. I applied for H&C as I had exhausted all my other options. I do not have children and all my family live here in canada.
My argument was based on establishment and potential hardship. I do not have any previous failed cases and I was told by many that I wasn't a good candidate for H&C. It was worth the try and I am happy I did it. Good luck to everyone here, do your research, be patient and be apart of the process. This group has kept me going, I enjoyed reading all of your stories, the successes and learned from those that weren't successful.
