I have heard for people who have medical test expired will have to give it again anyhow before they issue PPR. Not sure what’s happening

I think I have the WORST application ever....
May 2020 CEC inland applicant here with dependent. No update even on medicals.
Last time I called, they extended our medicals until June 15, 2021. No movement since then. Still shows "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes." But at least our info-sharing is complete lol
On the GCMS notes, eligibility not started. Criminality has started on July 2020 but because we failed to submit our PCCs, they set our security due date to 07/15/2021!!!!!
I think they did that to bury our application on purpose.
I don't even know if our R10 has been completed or not - so I have no assurance if our BOWP will get approved....

R10 is marked as OK or complete once you have submitted all the required documents. Mine still shows in progress on my latest GCMS.

Since Nov 18, 2020, I didn't see any update on my process.
The last update was related to my medical exams expiration, where I had to redo the medical exams.
I tried to update my address online but it can't find my application then I sent a WebForm to update it.
There is about a month I submitted the WebForm and I didn't get any response.
