I piggybacked on that draw - myself and my partner had a score of 200 CRS. Originally 480, but due to the low score requirements we deleted all of our education history and only put in our language results as we figured it would process faster.

It's not gonna... bite us in the ass due to being outland, right?
Doubt it. Once you have proof that you qualify for the stream and meet or exceed the minimum CRS you'll be fine.

I applied with CBSA and got them in 3 weeks. I had ordered them on August 8th.

I applied gcms notes on July 02,2021, still waiting…
I’m in a similar boat. Used a third party to apply on the 9th of July but have heard nothing yet. My webform didn’t get a response either, got an email to say they wouldn’t be responding unless it was a priority query *sigh*

With the borders now open for visitors - would it make a difference in speeding up the application by moving over on an ETA visa and changing address on application to the one in Canada? Making it inland? Or is that not how it works ?

Thanks

I recommend you to wait till the end of this month before making any such decisions. In fair case, all hurdles will be gone for good and PPRs will flood. If any ones know about new PPRs being issued in the past few days, please mention them here.

EDIT: If you don't see a considerable number of PPRs by the end of this month. I'm planning to do the same.

Hey Congratulations on getting the golden mail :) . I remember you said a few days ago you got an email asking for your details and if you were inland or outland. Did you get that mail directly on the cic portal or was that in your personal email. The reason I am asking is that Its been a while that I no longer have access to my email. I have emailed IRCC to update my email but they haven't replied. I am worried if they tried contacting me on the old email address :(
Yes, its called the 'Portal email' - It was in my Gmail inbox, there was no movement in my CIC GC account.
My advice:
1. Contact IRCC Customer Care Agents, they can check if an email was sent to your old email address, if it was then ask them to change the old email to new email - they could probably do it in real time and ask them if you could request IRCC to send you that the portal email again but this time on the new email ID.
2. Also, to be on a safe side, raise a webform updating them about the email change.

Don't worry this isn't a major problem, and you will easily resolve this. All the best!

Your details in your Express Entry profile when you received ITA should be identical to when you submit your PR application, (and if it isn't then you need to include LOE and supporting documents if required). If there are discrepancies between the two it may increase the time frame, but I don't think they will refuse it.
I'm curious, did you include a 'Letter of Explanation' advising them why you made those changes?

Hello folks,
Once we get PPR for out CEC outland in India how much time its takes to get our passport back from the day we sent our passport. Also do they ask hard copy for our digital photo along with passport and PPR letter.
