I am a sponsor living in Canada and principal applicant is in Pakistan. I just want to know what number do I call? Our file is currently being processed in London, UK. I have sent a webform as well but got the standard reply. I am just hoping to get more information on our file.
can someone please give some insights, I appreciate it.

Normally, people order for GCMS notes where they could followup on the detailed processing updates. Have you tried emailing them directly, at times they could reply you directly. Moreover you could try your MP, IRCC normally give them more details to. I think there is a platform mainly for LVO and you might get the best way to contact them.
