I completed my high school in 2018 with 71.4% and B.Com in 2021 with aggregate 55% excluding 6th semester.
I haven't taken IELTS yet but I am pretty confident about it.
Will I get in a graduate certificate program in Canada? If not, then what's the next best option?

Sure you can get admission to a college for a certificate program as colleges approve international students as they bring in the money. Your bigger issue is getting a study permit and showing that the certificate will advance your career and education.

You should really do a 4 year bachelor.A 3 year bachelor is not common in Canada. Not sure whether they are still issued.

No. UCW is a private school and one of the lowest ranked schools in the country. Only international students attend. If you want to to a MBA go to a public school like UBC.

But the fee for UBC is cad 64944 for 1 year while it’s only cad 35100 for both years in University Canada West .

Yes. No one has heard of UCW in Canada and it is because it is cheap for international students. A MBA from UCW will not give you any opportunities. You can try.
