You still need to reply them. In the AIP they said you should let them know if you've submitted the documents. So reply and tell them you've submitted those and also include other stuff like the police certificate and medicals if you've done it.
Thank you, I did that already, was just thinking of resending everything all over again, so it doesn’t delay anything. Have you seen people who did same before and got copr?

People are really complaining about delay in getting COPR after submitting confirmation of withdrawal to IRCC.
Yeah, it seems they are responding to the crisis in Afghanistan. But at least this pathway application deadline will be in a few days so hopefully processing wont be delayed any further with new applications.

Which office did u send documents to for your second stage? Niagara fall is actually too full and that’s why we have delays of Coprs. Urs might be faster depending on the office handling ur second stage and they don’t usually send an email back confirming receipt but after one or two weeks u can send an email to ask if they received ur documents
Thank you, I was asked to send to a diff email IRCC.DNNGFHMPPProcessing…. That’s what the email looks like.

Good morning. I heard something today and thought to share. A friend of my friend obtained PR through this pathway and decided to travel to his home country where he claimed he was persecuted on a direct flight. Unfortunately for him, he was denied entry back into canada at the port of entry, that he violated the PR card. Please let us be mindful of how we do things on this humanitarian application.

A word is enough for the wise. I pray for more AIPs and COPRs.
What document did he travel with? Did he travel with a refugee document? When you get your PR on this pathway, you are expected to obtain your PR card and a valid international passport before you can travel. The instructions are clear, you mustn’t travel until you obtain your PR and a PR card.

You know I spent the whole night researching about this issue and to be honest this could be either someone traveling with Corp and no pr card.. Because we don't even qualify for a Refugee traveller's document. I always refer to all Canadian legal sites not just IRCC . I even looked at my CORP it says category HC1 and IRCC uses different codes for PR so there's no way Immigration will return a humanitarian holder back to his or her home country. Unless it's probably fraudulent stuff or no pr card.

Even referred to additional info page that came with my Corp it has a couple of rules and one of them says" Conventional refugees should not travel or obtain their home country document otherwise they loose their status". Nothing about h& C We are not refugees so people need to read and know their rights.

I got AIP, in the AIP letter I was asked to submit background declaration form and additional family which I already did at the initial stage. Should I submit all over again?
I will advise you check those 2 forms again as there will be most likely a mistake... Check that there are no space in time. Some people got same AIP request and later discovered that they made one or two errors in the first set of forms. Just check to be double sure

Not everybody got this request please, just very few. It is just an advice though. When something is sent with an asterisk, what does that mean to you? See meaning here = small starlike symbol (*), used in writing and printing as a reference mark or to indicate omission, doubtful matter, etc

“Conventional Refugee should not travel and obtain their country document.
We are no more refugee since we had to withdraw our refugee application before give COPR and was also able to go collect back our International Passpost which they refer to as Country document”

For proper information, send an email to Niagara if you can travel to your home country or not.

This pathway program ends tomorrow 31st August 2021 and I am still waiting for my AIP since March when my application went into In Process.

No correspondence or update. anytime i called, they say background check in progress and eligibility hasn't started. they just keep giving conflicting information

am getting worried each passing day.

I think there's more to this story, he can enter and travel to anywhere in the world as a humanitarian PR Holder
