It still doesn’t make sense. I will understand you if ircc started with 2020 application. But they DIDN’T. So how can they move on to your application if they didn’t even bother to check 2020 application? My point is, I’m on queue, and I’m waiting for my number to be called. Example, the monitor says that they’re serving A24 in window 5, and I’m holding the G36 number. They won’t JUMP to W22 WITHOUT even opening my application just because they are stuck with covid. And tell me “oh, sorry, you missed your chance due to covid, it’s time for W22 now. We were supposed to OPEN your file but we were NOT ABLE. So we don’t even know if it’s complete. But W22 is due for processing now. So all A26 to W21 are put on hold because we cannot process all at once. And WE SHOULD open W22 now because the website says that it should”.

They have given temp AOR to all 2021 applicants. Some applicants of Feb 2021 also got Permanent AOR.

The processing starts after that, so if you haven't got your Permanent AOR being a 2020 applicant, then submit a webform and ask yourself.

And for 2020 applicants, they have already cleared with the new policy... They are asking applicants if they want to withdraw or move to PR step directly.

I’m working under LMIA with the same employer. So I submitted my applications for HCCP pilot with the same employer. I am single, so basically my application is too easy to process. I got my work permit (LMIA) last December within 2 days only.

Yeah, so its not piling since they processed your LMIA in 2 days. IRCC is efficient enough.
Since your UCI will remain same, if you have temp AOR for PR application you can link your application...

That work permit was under the OLD caregiver program. I submitted two applications under the same employer. But my application in HCCP has a temporary file number only. So yes, it was pile up with the rest.

I am a 2019(November ) outside applicant and today I received update from IRCC and they are requesting updated employment forms along with others, and I have confusion regarding one thing...They have stated provide an updated letter and offer of employment. So i know the offer of employment is the IMM5983e form but what is the " Updated Letter" that they are asking me to provide? I am copy pasting below what they asked...if you could help that would be great..thanks @quami

• An Offer of Employment IMM 5983 (PDF, 2.33 MB) form
• Include full time hours of work, which equals at least 30 hours of paid work each week
• Be from a Canadian employer
• Provide details and description of duties

• Employer may not be an embassy, high commission or consulate
• Must be genuine, meaning there’s a real employment requirement which you will fulfill

I submitted an application letter. It just had details of the applicant, kids, job duties and payment receipt details. May be they are asking for that. I am not sure though...

Hello guys. I've received a request for updated copy of my nbi and police clearance. Together with the updated copy of IMM5669 and IMM5406.

My concern here is the IMM5669 was asking for job experience and I am currently working as laborer employee of the government. I am wondering if I should put it in the form where it is not related to nanny position.
