Can you please tell the difference between update letter and offer of employment. If you read the line on the pdf . So are they 2 different things letter and form . Canister outside applicants don’t submit any letter .!??

This is only my opinion of what @took_them_forever said..as per observation 2019 applicants have been getting updates already.And for the other informations I shared I got it from IRCC website

I would advise you order your GCMS note. I did. Due date to complete Stage 1 eligibility assessment is stated clearly on the note. Sadly but still good news, some of the early 2020 applications may not be completed until early 2022.

Hello guys. I've received a request for updated copy of my nbi and police clearance. Together with the updated copy of IMM5669 and IMM5406.

My concern here is the IMM5669 was asking for job experience and I am currently working as laborer employee of the government. I am wondering if I should put it in the form where it is not related to nanny position.

Yes, you must put every job experience you have even if it's not related. Being productive is a plus factor. They still look into it. Are you outside or inside applicant?

I think you are expecting processing very fast, but sorry to say applicant of 2020 are waiting for aor nd if possible IRCC will clear backlogs of 2019, 2020 this year, then 2021. So prepare for long wait as we all r waiting.

I disagree to this... looking at the current timelines, I hope I should get an approval by Dec. When you talk about application in queue, obviously they are processing according to the date they received application, if there are ADRs or Review Required on applications, this does not mean they will stop processing until previous are not cleared. I filed in 2021 by learning all the mistakes being done in 2019 and 2020. All I am hoping is, if an officer opens my application and starts reviewing, he/she should not find any missing information. If that happens, they will not stop my application from moving forward. Even in Express Entry, OINP, SINP etc many applications are stuck for years while many are getting processed faster. My PR Application filed in 2018 was approved in 67 days. So, I think I did my best. and I expect positive results.

I also agree, with your point of view. If you filled you application without any doubt and any mislead information then officer will easily consider your application for next step. beacuse no one want to review again & again the same application.

I understand. No one can stop you from hoping for something. You were already approved as Permanent Resident before, so why are you still applying for HCCP? Are you applying for someone else? By the way, my cousin has more than 24 months experience here, SINGLE. I thought that being single is a plus factor to speed up her application for PR. But she’s still waiting.

the problem here is that they DIDNT STOP with our application, the issue is THEY NEVER STARTED it. Your premise of “they found some error to one application, so they have to move to the next person” is a bit impossible since THEY NEVER STARTED in the first place. So how can they move on?

The application clearly states, processing time is 12 months and since its a new program, they started with a clean slate on June 18, 2019, and I hope you can understand no-one would have submitted by Sept-Oct 2019 considering the requirements and documentation necessary for this program. I have seen many applicants receiving Biometric in Feb, March 2020 and after that Covid hit and everything went on hold. They restarted somehow later but at that time most of the applicants who filed in 2019 had completed 1 year waiting. In Canada, over 1 million people lost their jobs due to covid. Only in Ontario, the number was 355,000.

Now, this program HCCP is purely based on employer, and if your employer has lost his job, how can IRCC issue you a Work permit? that's the reason, many applicants started receiving additional documents request, mostly NOA (Notice of Assessment) which you know tells the Annual income of the Employer. Since it has to be more than 85 K CAD (per annum), this is the only way to identify if Employer still exists. Secondly, many applicants received new job offer letter requests, just to ensure if the employer can still cover the salary amid Covid.

I hope I am making sense till now...

Now, those who filed in 2021 , they (should) have submitted 3 NOAs which ensures, Employer is stable. So, if an officer reviews my application now, I am hopeful he will not ask for an additional document and should proceed to the next step.

And tell me “oh, sorry, you missed your chance due to covid, it’s time for W22 now. We were supposed to OPEN your file but we were NOT ABLE. So we don’t even know if it’s complete. But W22 is due for processing now. So all A26 to W21 are put on hold because we cannot process all at once. And WE SHOULD open W22 now because the website says that it should”.

Maybe it is best to call IRCC for you to be 100% sure what specific document they wanted you to accomplish. It could be any form you didnt want to take chances on that. Good luck buddy, hope you will get your approval very soon
