Same here.
I submitted the declaration, home address and a photo on June 17, but I haven't gotten eCoPR yet. The thing is that I got an email 2 days ago from IRCC mentioning that they have uploaded eCoPR on the portal. So I logged into my account, but nothing changes. Weird.
On the other hand, my friend has got eCoPR just 2 weeks after the submission though...
Login to the portal, then click on the row with your name on it. This should take you to the page that you uploaded both your address and photo onto. If you scroll down below that information, you'll see the box for downloading your eCoPR. It took me a while to find it, too! But it should be there.

Update:
Guys,
Received my PR card today!!!
Finally its done!!!

eCOPR: 21st June
PR Card: 8th July

As mentioned by few other folks, my Status in confirmation portal is still in review for both address and photo

Thank you for all the updates that you kept posting, which kept me motivated
All the best to everyone out there

Thanks once again! Cheers!
This is very encouraging. I've been waiting for a week for the "in review" status to change, but it looks like they are sending cards out without updating the portal. Hopefully it'll arrive in the next two weeks!

To be honest, I don’t know as in my application it also shows two different ecopr number. But I know person who got different ecopr for their spouse.
But my husband didn’t get it! But it shows in his cic account that they mailed their pr card.

please note, only I got my PR card,my husband didn’t get it.
Thanks for the info. Please keep us posted on when your husbands PR card arrives or if you take any action to figure this out. Hope he gets it soon.
I reached out using the webform today, I guess its again just a wait till I get an answer/ reply.

yeah, I’ve been checking very carefully since I uploaded my info. But apparently they haven’t done it yet…
My agent will contact IRCC to follow up my case soon, so hopefully it works out.

Thanks though!

Got my PR portal email on June 28 then received eCOPR June 30.
VO - Montreal

Address is approved but photo is always in review with IRCC.

Seems like PR card should be on the way as many mentioned that PR card received while photo is still reviewing on the portal.

You are right, your photo will be under review with IRCC even you get your card. Check IRCC account, if you see "approved" that means your card has been shipped.

Hello!
your comment just made me look at my IRCC account. I received COPR on June 2, 2021 and that was also the date my address was approved and my IRCC account was updated to “approved”.
Does that mean my card should have already been mailed to me?
there was “?” I could click on that said that if 6 weeks have passed and I don’t have my card I should make some declaration?
Can someone help me with that? I just assumed the issuing of the card takes longer as time lines are currently longer. My photo is also still in review and landing office was Calgary. This Wednesday it will be 6 weeks - should I contact IRCC then if I don’t have received my card?

Not the "PR" but the “PR Card”. Not sure if you linked pr card application to your account. The application number should start with R.
6 weeks after COPR? It's hard to tell the processing time. Friends around me received around 2 weeks to 1.5 months. So I think you should be fine.
My landing office is also Calgary, and my COPR June 30. On thursday I see a GU under my PR Card application but still not to approved.
I suggest you send a email to ask about your PR card application, you can reply the eamil which sent you the congratulation letter.

Thank you so much for your reply, that was super helpful! I just linked my PR Card Application to my online profile - it says it’s status is “submitted”! It’s good to know that this is the last wait on this immigration journey! :) what does GU mean?
I re-read the note on the PR application again this morning - and it says to reach out if the card hasn’t been delivered 6 weeks after it having been mailed! That makes more sense!

I might still send an email this week to just check in! (Reply to my congratulations email)

keep me posted on your timeline, if you don’t mind! And thanks again for your help!

I got an email from confirmation portal on 9th July 2021 and I shared requested information with them.
My wife got an email too from confirmation portal. should I share same information with her email address as well? or what I shared with my email is good enough and no need to reply from her email.

Thank you.

"Submitted" means your PR card is still under processing and not print out/mail yet, once its become to "approved" your card will mail to your home address.
GU means someone take a look of your application but no big action, it could be a signal that your application will be done.
I will update my PR card receive time to my signture for sure.
