Hi all, I am the principal applicant with 2 kids inside Canada and my husband is outside. When I received the login credentials for PR portal, a profile for all my family members was created even though I had mentioned that my spouse is outside currently. I submitted the details for three of us (Jun 16th) and left my husband's blank as in Canada declatation is mandatory and replied to the same email that my husband is outside so pls suggest as how to proceed.
It has been 3 weeks since I submitted my address and photo on the PR portal and didn't get my or kids eCOPR yet. I even called IRCC and the agent said that they work separately and have no idea regarding PR portal. I do not know what to do, please guide me as who to contact. I will appreciate any assistance.

I am the principal applicant with 3 dependents : Wife and two kids. I got eCOPR for my wife, my son and myself. I have not received yet the eCOPR for my daughter - She is a minor, 15 years old.

Is anyone with the same situation than me? Any idea what phone number I can call to request details about this issue ?

Submitted address and photo on June 16th. Address got accepted by IRCC today on the PR portal but still didn't receive eCOPR. Any idea how many days after that the address acceptance is copr uploaded

I called to IRCC… I have tried since a Friday and finally got lucky today. They told me it is a technical issue with the portal because the eCOPR for my daughter is already approved. Then, the representative told me to email to the Portal Client email ( same one of the original PR confirmation portal request) and explain them that I had already spoken with a representative from IRCC who confirmed the eCOPR is already approved and request to
Issue the eCOPR in the portal. I sent the email few hours ago.

Thank you! I'll do this today and will keep you posted if I get any luck (please let me know if you hear back from them). A technical issue is the only reasonable explanation for this. Good luck to us!

What is the status in your cic account ? Is your application approved there and can you copr details for all the applicants in document status ? I am also waiting for mine (PA) whereas all my dependents got theirs.

My CIC account shows my application is in being processed (nothing has changed). It says they are still reviewing whether I am eligible (even though I am already a PR).

Did you received email confirmation of PR for your daughter ? I think you are right it must be technical issue. I can see my copr details in my cic account with my dependents COPRs but haven’t received it yet in the portal.

Same for me. I got emails for all of us other than my daughter. I also can see the COPRs information in my CIC account

Which number you called? My eCOPR is not yet available for download and it’s is more than 12 days I submitted my photos and address!!

Does your CIC account show your COPR number and status of PR ?

For Canadá Services you need to go online and request information about the SIN. They call me back the following day

In my case the COPR numbers and PR status for me and my family are alreafy listed in my CIC account. So, I concluded there is not any issues with my daughter COPR approval and it should be a glitch in the system. The same was confirmed by the IRCC representative when I called them yesterday.

Have you checked the status in your CIC account? If the COPRs are listed in there I think you can email to the Portal Client and ask for technical support

I have not gotten my COPR but it’s not on my cic account too.What does that mean?

I got ecopr 25 June so when I can get Pr card plz tell me ??? And my address accepted but photo in review why ??

I got ecopr on June 19 too, but photo is still "in review with IRCC", no idea how long I have to wait.

You should get yours soon too! And don’t worry about photo or address under review. I already have my card and it still says “photo and address under review”.

Hello guys, need your help. Can anybody tell me how to obtain SIN no with unsigned eCOPR ? I visited service canada today for SIN of my spouse but they didn’t provided us as ecopr was not having officers signature on client copy.

We event went to Pearson airport as suggested by service canada employee to get it signed by CBSA officer, but they refused to do so by saying it need to be signed by officer who issued it. One thing CBSA officer confirmed that we all are confirmed PRs, as I am still waiting for my ecopr being a Principal applicant. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
