Can someone answer or anyone has same issue as mine?
I want to apply for an open work permit. I meet all the requirements except just one.
On the website, one of the requirements is 'You were in Canada as of January 27, 2021, when the public policy took effect, and have stayed in Canada since then'.
My pgwp will expire on September but I visited my country on March for 3 weeks..
Is there anyone who applied for this open work permit even though you were outside of Canada?
Should I just apply..?

Foreign work experience of at least 1 year is a basic requirement for Express Entry.
For PNP that are not administered via EE, check the program requirements of what is required.
Foreign experience is foreign experience - there is no preference or extra CRS points for "Gulf Experience".
As long as it is skilled (NOC A, B or 0) and at least one year continuous, it is counted as foreign experience for EE-FSW stream.
I got my ITA and I am completing my file. I have a child who was born in Canada but she has only birth certificate and we haven't applied for her passport yet. My question is in the profile in my daughter's section what should I check mark? National ID? Does birth certificate count as a national ID?

Your post isn't very clear.
What is your status in Canada? When you say you want him to join you in Canada, do you mean that you want him to qualify and apply on his own vs. being sponsored by you?
