Thank you @laxsun. We had received biometric request along with other requirements (PCC, resume, travel form etc) in Nov 2020 but never received a separate biometrics instruction letter. However, we had to get her biometrics done for visitor visa extension and saw that same details were later updated in PR application too. Her biometrics date is Dec 15, 2020
If the biometrics is valid, you can see in MyCIC.

Well after a long time finally received today the pre-arrival services letter and also the request letter for passport page copies. My wife and I are U.S. citizens and our LVO has been CPC-M.
I am puzzled because the letter says I should send any updates to the Hong Kong office (really?) and also should contact the HK office via web form to find out where I should mail the passport copies and other info requested. Is this a mistake they have made or do I really need to contact the HK office? The webform site for HK states

"You may use this form if: You have submitted an application at a visa office abroad."
Our sponsor (daughter) had submitted everything in Canada and the visa office has always appeared as CPC-M on our account.

Hello Yulia,Robert

Kindly update LN #720 the tracker, after long long long time waiting almost nothing since Feb 2020. Medical Instructions received on june 04.
Still showing in process for both sponsor and parents under E case.
No idea which office is processing our application but the last time back to 4 month ago when I called the agent said our file is still in Mississauga.

Please also advice if this normal still see In process under both sponsor and parents.

You may call CIC and discuss this or send webform explaining your situation.

Are you citizens or residents you have said both?

Yeah, that's where we saw that her visitor visa biometrics details were updated in her PR application too. Date of biometrics for PR application in MyCIC is Dec 15, 2020- valid upto Dec 15, 2030

Hello Friends, Please help!

I have got a request to provide forms for Additional Family members imm5406 (Hurray!!!!!!) but for father we are unable to get any information other than names. All parents and siblings have passed except one of his sister. We have not contacted them for 20+ years due to family priorities. We have no way of getting any CNIC so we can NOT request NADRA to give us Family Reg. Certificate.

Any solutions/thoughts would be extremely helpful!!!!! Please HELPP!!!!!!!
