Called IRCC same thing from last 5 months.
Eligibility - Passed

given the amounts postings i've seen here, there are many people who are in the same boat - all stuck on security not started. there must be a reason for it. since security is checked by multiple parties - IRCC, CBSA and CSIS, there are prob additional backlogs beyond IRCC's control.

Guys could you please advise if I can move to any other province. I have been waiting from 16 months for my PR but nothing happened and it’s really tough to survive on a minimum wage as I have my family to look after and my husband is the only earner. I am PNP FSW express entry applicant. And most of the jobs in Alberta are minimum wage jobs. $2300-2400 dollar is not enough even for survival, Dnt know what to do. Please advise.

That maybe correct but I am surprised how some CEC candidates are getting COPRs within 60 days nowadays. If being inland can be the reason for quick clearance then There are various pnp and fsw inland applicants as well but they are all stuck at security not started. Whenever audit is done of these cases, interesting revelations will be made as to how IRCC allocated resources out o proportion that resulted in fast processing of CEC 2021 applications while depriving other inland applicants of their implied right of come first serve.

I believe your concern is same as everyone's concern. Nobody knows what's really happening in IRCC and how they are justifying OR not justifying the way they treat applications differently. The only fact we know is they allocated A LOT more resources on CEC than others, which is unfair. I believe lack of communication is what really pisses people off. to be honest I would feel a lot better if they can properly explain the rationale behind their decision on this, regardless how long i need to wait for my PR.

If you add Alberta PNP into your EE file and count as 600 points, then no. They might cancel your nomination and tell IRCC they will not supporting you anymore.
The PNP office might contact you to check you are still resdienting in your proivnce and have FT job. For example, I got an email from Manitoba PNP office last month and they knew I quit my job (I don't know how) and they are required new emplorer information to make sure I am still woring in manitoba as full time or they will cancel my nomination .

I'm not sure. There was an officer pick up my file for eligibility on Jan 5th (he/she note "document set for review"), and on Jan 26th another officer review eligibility again plus criminality (note"R10 OK, criminality decision passed" )

I assume the first officer just prepared the document and the second one was the one really review the file?
It has been 40 days since I submitted my application but still no movement in my account. Roughly, when do we start seeing some movement in the account?

generally it takes 40-50 days for the completeness check. Once your application if found complete it will be processed further for medical, eligibility, criminality, info sharing and security check.
