Can I apply even though I did not graduate in an Alberta Institutions with only 6mos work experience? Or I have to wait until I got 1 year experience? Thank you.

Are you a PGWP holder? If so, then I believe you can only apply if you graduated from an institution in Alberta. But maybe I'm mistaken about that.
