Just FYI... If your spouse living in Afghanistan . His Or Her medical exam will be done in Kabul . IOM Main Office .

Yess I directed my husband there but they're soo disorganized last year that office sent him somewhere else to do the medical....kinda worried me a bit but ircc got the medical result so I'm guessing that office was affiliated with IOM

Alhamdulillah you spoke it into existence.....I received prearrival and ADR for remedical today....shukur khuda

What ADR did they request?

Application sent December 24th 2020.

May 5th 2021 received my application.

May 7th Biometric Instruction Letter.

May 10 application sent to visa office of London.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 24, 2020.
2. We started processing your application on May 12, 2021
   
   May 17th 2021 Acknowledgement of Receipt – IRCC London
3. 
   May 25 Biometric done in Pakistan
4. May 25 Medical Examination Kabul

First medical took 2 days I think (before covid delays) I dont know now if they're experiencing delays processing them or not
