Anyone knows what to submit in the document - Proof of upfront medical exam? This is marked required? There are threads on this saying I need to complete a medical exam before submittng a PR application, but I am not able to book a medical appointment in the first place as my UCI number cannot be validated by the BUPA.

After you are done with the upfront medical exam, the center will provide a document which you need to scan and upload. You have 90 days to submit so just be patient and wait till the centers open again. Don't submit an incomplete application with LOE's, very high chance to get rejected as incomplete.

When doing an upfront medical exam. do they ask for any details like UCI number or they generating a UMI number?

@vinitpe46 and @seadrag0n , are you guys from India ?
For medical we need to book an appointment with an approved hospital like Apollo or Max
We need to take passport , invitation letter. After examination they will provide a medical sheet. We need to scan and upload that with our application.

Correct but I was not asked for the ITA letter.
