Called IRCC, they just told me that my application finished already, just waiting for the final step which is CoPR, but they don't know how long it would take. So, i'm just focusing on something else. Too tired to check gckey and ecas every hour everyday for the whole month (April) and nothing happens.

It has no matter with the dates sometimes. You may get your PAL anytime. Everything is unpredictable.

am doing the same thing everyday! i should follow what you're doing and focus on something else. the constant checking is killing me.

No, my husband (the applicant) was in an 18 months international MBA program 9 years ago. The attendance was once a month for 5 days in Prague, which he spent in a hotel and had no address registration there. We explained all this in the application, however, now IRCC wants a police record from the
Czech Republic. Now we are submitting an official letter from the university stating the facts. We'll see if they accept it. I am not sure if we can get a pcc from a country we haven't lived in.

I did the same thing when they asked me for PCC from UK. I just submitted a letter of explanation and they accepted it.

Call cic and get the reason.

I did. The call center agent just told me that I should wait for the letter since she can't tell me the decision.

The other call I made 2 weeks ago told me that I passed everything though so I am not too worried that the application might be rejected.

Exactly, in my case after biometrics I did not receive any update. Called them weeks ago and they said that my criminality passed, but nothing else. I guess it is just a waiting game now.
