I applied today for BOWP as my PGWP is getting expired in June -2021. After getting the original copy of my BOWP, Do I need to send it to CIC via webform? Is this mandatory?

Same here it gets transferred to Calgary or Etobicoke for further processing. Coz we can't go to border to confirm our identity due to covid and you will receive an email for details on pr confirmation portal. They will create account and then we upload photo and other normal details and ecopr will come there after verification... Hope it won't take long time
