It all depends on where your application is going. As per Delhi, due to lockdown, the police verification and upload of documents both are on hold.
My verification was done almost a month back at my home and no update on the clearance yet as Delhi is in lockdown for 3 weeks. And considering the situation right now, most likely the lockdown will be extended.

Same here on 3 but no communication yet . Did you called Bls regarding this ?
I am still in the middle of getting the PCC. The police called my father for verification of the documents submitted by me on 3rd May. Once the documents were shown by my father to the police, he was told that the verification has been completed and they will give the CLEAR from their side in a couple of days.

Postal Applications
We are maintaining 24 hrs quarantine of documents and complete hygiene is being maintained at our Postal Hub.
During this Pandemic and Provincial lock-down, postal application processing time at BLS Quarantined Postal Hub at Brampton, Surrey and Ottawa is 3 - 5 business days to process and send the application to Consulate for their decisioning process.
So, it seems as though the earliest one could expect to see some progress is 4 days after the delivery of the postal application in Brampton.
Hi All, My application status has changed today on BLS website.
I had two applications for PCC sent with same Purolator Tracking number
one of them shows status " Under Process" @nd one shows "On the way to Consulate"
Purolator delivered my Applicatoin on 23rd April. Status changed today May 7th - (10 business days)
I ended up calling BLS today. The IVR system states that "due to COVID the status of the application would be updated in up to 8 business days." This is different from what the pop up on the website says, so there's that.
This is my timeline for PCC
31st MARCH 2021 - PCC application submitted at the BLS center in Brampton by taking appointment.
4th APRIL 2021- Received an email that my police verification request has been sent to the concerned Police Station in Delhi / Also got my CAT no.
12th APRIL 2021- Police Verification done by the officer at my residence in Delhi.
5th MAY 2021- My online status at the consulate portal changed "police verification report is clear and PCC is available for issuance"
Waiting for my PCC now.
