Hey Frisk, do you think I should use the webform to send in my LOEs for the PCC and IMM5406? I couldn't upload the LOE's for those because of that invalid character in the name. For the PCC I just uploaded the receipt without the LOE.

You can use the webform, it takes a while though. If you need to do it urgently I'd call IRCC and ask for instructions.

Submissions after 2 hours --14,535 (4,643 new submissions during the hour)
Submissions after 3 hours --16,931 (2,396 new submissions during the hour)

Hopefully this trend keeps up. Would love to get the total below 1,000 in the next few hours. Hope to end the day below 30,000 submissions.

I am using chrome, I just noticed that the number of application keeps increasing, but I just cannot open it. so pain

It's definitely working for some lucky applicants, and for the rest, it doesn't (but it will).

It depends how many have the english test results to apply today.
and how many are also sneaky about it.
