@legalfalcon could you please help me to figure out what to do next? For example whether order note from CBSA to check if I was security screened.

I am FSW Outland and my AOR is Nov16.11.2020 BIL Dec 22.2020. I ordered note on Jan 15 and March 23, however, the state is basically same:
info sharing and criminality(passed-bio) in progress
security and eligibility not started

from my notes the only progress is that my file was transferred to hongkong office on Jan.21.

in the end of the note, it is written “on dec 22....r10 ok,recommendation:criminality pass, for review: Clinent information”

the latest note I got only have two more notes related to my webform

thank you in advance

The R10 note that you see is the completeness check which usually happens within the first 30-45 days.

At this around your Criminality and medicals are also passed.

If it says "for review: Client information” then your eligibility has not yet started.

IF you receive your latest notes ordered on March 23, then then there is no points requesting GCMS notes. Wait for 1-2 months before doing it. Many applications have been delayed or put on hold.

Once your eligibility starts, you will see these notes, see #4,004

Once your eligibility is passed, the security is initiated, to read on security, see https://bit.ly/3apWglN

Hello @legalfalcon,
As per my last CBSA (23 Feb 2021), my assesment shows eligibility, security, criminality, bio metric and info sharing as PASSED, while my meds were requested to be extended. In the notes section, the last line says "review required, client information". So as per your above respone to the applicant, does that mean that my eligibility is also not started or completed if I see "review required, client information"? Please note that ths CBSA was ordred in Jan2021 and progress was observed from Sep 2020 GCMS, where all stages were seen either in progress or not started.

Also, pls advice if I can order a CBSA again to see if something has been progressed, as one of the notes also asked for a PCC which I had submitted in Dec 2020. Which service these days is more quicker, GCMS, GCMS+ or CBSA?

I am PNP OUTLAND (pakistani national) applicant with 22 FEB 2020 AOR.
tnx

Given that your AoR is Feb 2020, your eligibility should be passed by now. See you notes in the last 3-5 pages and you will see an officer's note for eligibility. see #4,004

"review required, client information" depends on the context it is in.

You can request your GCMS notes as many times as you want, however, you should use it sparingly and when required. Now GET GCMS offers an option to request the GCMS notes from IRCC or CBSA though the e-GCMS. See https://bit.ly/2S68Cdn

Since your eligibility, security, criminality, bio metric and info sharing are PASSED, you won't see much change even if you request new GCMS notes.

PS is paper screening and the e-docs are the documents that you submitted, or came in as a matter of info sharing, medicals etc from other agencies.

Nothing to be concerned. See the last 3-5 pages of your GCMS notes read on the notes to see if your eligibility is passed by an analyst or conclusively passed by an officer. After that your security will be initiated.

According to the notes below, how can I know who passed my eligibility? do u think eligibility is passed by an analyst or by an officer? and what does "file held on bf shelf means?
Thank you again @legalfalcon! I'm so worried about my application since it has exceeded the normal processing time (AR December 2018), and your answers really make me feel relieved.

BF usually means Bring Forward and there are many variations in how it's used, below is another example. Search the forum and you will see there is also active shelf vs BF shelf

Hello, @caipsnotes,
Thank you so much,
What I understand, that BF could be for Schedule A that I have been requested to submit on January 13th, 2020.
Thank you again @caipsnotes! My only concern now is my eligibility and I'm actually in a conversation with @legalfalcon trying to figure it out.
I'm so confused, as on page 2, the assessments section stated that my eligibility is passed. If you don't mind, could please look at my previous posts. Any additional thoughts will be really appreciated.

You are welcome. If you don't see a comment like this example then your Eligibility has likely not been passed by an officer as yet. Sometimes though Eligibility is passed without such a comment but it's more common to have a comment like this. Anyhow, there doesn't seem to be a concern with the notes mentioned in your file.
