January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

im ar jan 2019 aor april 2019 medical extened in october 2020 eligibility and criminality passed security not started one outland applicant my husband.

MR and MP sep 19
Adr sep or oct 20 pcc of husband(outland) and schedule A travel history
After that no update
Called couple of times reply wait Inprocess
But last couple of time they are saying everything is passed on your file since Nov 20 just for final decision by the officer.

don't know how long will they take for decision

i think now they started to process the files because last month i did call to then then my criminality wasnt done even and i saw starting of this month i got ghost update may b that was criminality passed sign.

Call IRCC to confirm what documents need to be added. You may need to submit a criminal record from another country or a Canadian criminal record with fingerprints.

I have filed my PR on July 2019 and they received my file on 2 August 2019 after that I received my pre-arrival letter on 15 Jan 2020 after that I received my medical on 16 November 2020 and I pass my medical on 3 December 2020 after that I have not received any thing yet I am still waiting for my DM.
So there are my friends who also have applied for PR before me and after me they all got their PR. recently 4 of my friends who applied their PR after 6-7 months they got their PR. I am the only one who have not received any thing yet.
SO DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW IS THIS PROCESS GOING ON AND IS THERE ANYONE WHO HAVE SAME PROBLEM LIKE ME?

Also suggestion.only PNPpappers application is suffering.atleast ircc can give theire DM. Then people will relieve from stress anxity.
