It's not working

It could be date of permanent resident too. Check on ECAS for the date when you landed. That will be the date you use to fill

Sent photos on Feb 4
Received by Vancouver office on Feb 9. Anyone else in the same boat?


Shows "submitted" on the application. ECAS can't "find my application".

Will ECAS only update after the card is approved or should it show something right now too?

We submitted our photos on 1st Feb. My wife's PR card mailed out yesterday while mine is still "submitted".

Sent photos on 1st Feb and VO recieved it on 2nd. Approved on the 9th and mailed out 10th march
