I'm just waiting to receive my GCMS notes. Just wondering if I can order one more from a different agency. Hope they don't get frustrated of the repeated orders. I'll stop after knowing that my eligibility is passed.

How do you know which program you fall into for example for me i have my PNP but i also worked in Canada for more than a year when i applied does that make me CEC-PNP inland or just PNP, I've seen some people claiming they are both can you be both?

I think it would depend on the draw. If the draw is PNP and you are in, then you're PNP applicant. Same for CEC.
I'm not sure about no-program-specific draws though...

Hi all,
I have some questions about IP2 and ADR.
I got RPRF request along with a query letter requesting for a document on 25 jan. So is this a ADR request?
I paid RPRF in jan only and uploaded the docs on 23 feb. Since then, the Additional doc section in my account is Not Applicable. AND my background check (We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.) has remained unchanged since dec or so.
So, can someone suggest could this be considered as IP2 or IP1?

my eligibility status change from "we are processing ... " to "we are reviewing ..."
but according to my last call, the agent said my eligibility has done by Jan 26 and I'm in the background check process...
Does anybody know what's going on here?
Ordered my note on Feb 5, receive it today (March 9th)
Prim office: Centralized Intake office (that's Sydney??)
Secondary office: CPC - Ottowa

Eligibility Passed
Security Not started
Criminality Passed
Med Passed
Info sharing In progress
Last note on Jan 26th
R10 ok, no A36 concerns evident, UCN tab verified in GCMS, criminality decision passed
There is also a blank note labelled under " integrity", not sure what that means...

So I assume the updates on my account might be either info sharing done or security start?
Please advise
Finger crossed

Hello respected members. Nov 13 Aor , could I expect my eligibility to be touched or passed till now as I have not received any update on profile after my Biometrics were done in Jan 2021. @legalfalcon your inputs would be appreciated.

Hi, did you order from IRCC or CBSA and which service provider did you use?
I ordered CBSA 4th Feb from caips and that’s been delayed by 45days

Best to raise a web form and inquire from IRCC about the status. It can take 4-5 months for Eligibility to be passed. See time lines and all the stages of how an application is processed https://bit.ly/37nCTJD

You should call IRCC / send a webform or request you GCMS notes. Usually 3-4 months is when eligibility would start and be have at least recommended passed. However, now the timelines are all over the place.

To see how the notes would look like for eligibility which happens in 2 stages, see #4,004

Called IRCC and was told eligibility not started yet, BG check in progress, though I don't really understand what the officer was saying, she couldn't tell me specifically if criminality and security was passed. Although I ordered gcms notes and I'm waiting for it.

AOR NOV 5TH 2020, CEC outland

BGC refers to criminality + Security. They are separate stages. Criminality usually happens early given that you have provided your biometrics. If your biometrics are pending, then your criminality will be pending too.

Security only starts after eligibility is conclusively passed. To see how the notes for an eligibility will look like see, #4,004
