After Waiting In Line For 50 Mins, Got Through To An Agent And Found Out That My File Hasn't Been Touched Since Mid Jan
The Status Is Exactly The Same As Before
Medical Passed
Eligibility Passed
Info Sharing In Progress
Everything Else Not Started
CPC-O Is Literally A Black Hole For Applications

Oh dear...found out some days ago through webform reply that my file is at CPC-Ottawa, I'm about to call to ask about my status.

At last my call got through and I was able to speak to an IRCC agent on callback.

Category: PNP - Outland
Primary VO: Centralized Intake Office
AOR: November 6
Medical Passed/Biometrics Updated : December 15
Eligibility: Passed (the agent said it was conclusively passed)
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

The agent also mentioned that no documents are needed from my side and its just a matter of time before they start security. I dont think he knows that there are people from all the way back to August waiting for security to start .

that's normal, many people won't have any updates until they COPR.
