It all depends on where you are. If applying from India, India is the only option. If applying from here, any option is ok but the date on the PCC should be after the date one leaves India. So, applyin from BLS makes sense than to take a chance.Lol that's the most wrong information... There are so many applicants who got pcc from India. I did it myself and every other classmates i know. There is no such rule. And there is no third party. Pcc is issued by the office of commissioner of police not by some random person. You have to apply for it and then an officer go to your house for verification after which it is issued.
If you are in Canada do not worry you can submit it 100 percent. BLS is another option and takes more time.
PCC from India is 100000 percent
acceptable without any rejection.
Applying for permanent residence
You must provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada.
You will also be requested to provide a police certificate to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) if you declared a criminal record on your application for an electronic travel authorization, work permit or study permit.
How to apply
You can apply for a Police Clearance Certificate at
- at your local district police station
- Passport office
- Indian embassy or consulate
- BLS International Centre
Probably because inlanders are, well, inland. They are already paying taxes and contributing already. Govt. is in no hurry to approve their applications. More PRs meaning more benefits that need to be sent out. I hope this is b.s logic from my side. If IRCC really is thinking this way, then we are done.Looks like Minister of Immigration, IRCC, applicants and what’s going on with our files, all 3 things are in completely different reality. Whatever Minister said IRCC does their own thing.
idk what kind of targets they are trying to meet? Applications on hold? Or real ppl who will contribute to economy? To me it’s looks like they are biting more than they can chew. Why do you need to create bigger backlog by inviting more people? Figure out existing applications, clear backlog first. You can’t jump over yourself no matter how hard you try. Are they being greedy and afraid that some other country will still potential applicants? So they put you in system in hold kinda “tie you up”? I just don’t understand how backlog of applications helping economy and meeting targets?
