I have given up entirely on getting PR even this year and have signed a 2 year work contract last month. GCMS or CBSA notes or sending webform inquiries has not yielded any result for me or most people here so I am not gonna bother wasting my time, money or energy/attention on it.
It is deeply saddening, but it is what it is. No benefit from stressing about it and wondering why the Officer has ignored your file. IRCC has shown incredible ignorance & stubbornness and from a country whose future is relying on immigration, that is slightly unexpected but also understandable as it is, after all, a Government agency.

Don't mean to bring anyone down, just being logical. I don't see the Pandemic ending even this year what with the variants and what not. Maybe mid to late next year there will be some clarity as vaccine production is ramped up, assuming nothing else goes wrong.

I wish I were in Canada right now, I really do, but I am also safe and not at high risk of contracting the virus and possibly dying. So I try to thank god for that as should most of you. Stop chasing the PR, it will get to you when it is intended to.

IRCC invited everyone with 75+score under CEC today!

How come they are capable to invite everyone but not able to process delayed applications?

I agree with you, I should probably withdraw my application and change my plans. Extremely disappointed.

Seems like they are just removing all stages that slow down the application. CEC already has no POF requirements. With a minimum score of 75 case officers won't need to check work or education history either (apart from confirm 1 year of Canadian Experience). Then just do the security check and approve the application. Maybe this is an attempt to buff numbers and meet KPIs. Churning out approvals within the 6 month window...??
