Hi Linalin,

I have so far raised 2 webforms. The first was on my AOR date and it took exactly 31days to get acknowledged -a copy of the LOE I submitted was copied in their reply mail to me.

The second was raised around 16th January, 2021, which was partly about the children's omitted middle-names.This CSE was not directly acknowledged like the first but I got a Do-Not-Reply mail about an update instead. I logged in to find out the names issue has already been fixed. And it took them 13days to act on this second CSE which, in all fairness, was quite fast.

Hope this helps. All the best to you with your CSE.
Hi Jaybye,

I also raised two webforms with some additional documents and no reply so far. Whenever they ask if you are inside or outside canada in the webform submission, what did you check? I don't know my visa office so I checked inside Canada. Not sure if that is an issue.

Thanks

I think it takes about 30 or more days for IRCC to reply a case specific enquiry. What date did you raise your CSE?

Thank you for details :) Hopefully my LOEs show up in my documents soon too!

I don't think that's the issue as I checked inside Canada as well. Had to check that because I felt since I don't know my Visa Office yet and the application is still in its early days, it should still be inside Canada.

So how long ago did you raise these webforms?

Ok, thanks, I will just wait longer. I raised one around 3 weeks ago and the other one last week asking for status about the documents I uploaded at the first. I just uploaded some new translations because I was not sure the initial translations I sent were 100% according to the guidelines. In any case, I would guess one of the first steps is to validate if the translations are acceptable, and since I got MEP/BIL, I think it should be fine. Just guessing..

Don't be worried. 3weeks isn't too long and don't send any webforms for now. Sometimes, they feel distracted by some webforms they deem one-too-many/unnecessary. With COVID still ravaging, all we can do is just stay patient, especially for us who recently submitted.

I don't understand what is going on. Please mates below is my timeline without MEP;

PNP: Saskatchewan
ITA: 23rd December 2020
AOR: 29th December 2020
Upfront Medical done in 8 November 2020

No other updates since then not even Medical update.

Why am I not getting update. What is the cause of the delay.

Relax...you're still within the "PNP" timeline....generally takes about 40 days for PNP folks...don't know why. For all others about 30 days. You'll receive it
