Oh well, that's okay. Allah shall help in sha Allah.Aw, yeah. Your case is somewhat of a mystery to me. I really don’t see any potential red flags or hurtles for you. Kind of mind boggling why one like yours is taking so long.

Hi, Many of the members of this forum are facing this issue, but i appreciate your confidence that you shared, what you are facing these days.do u guys face Marital problems? bc you are apart from loved ones??
i think we will get divorced
i too spent a hell time when my spouse was living in Canada and i in Pakistan. i know its very difficult to talk to each other when you have nothing to say. last year, due to pandemic delay, i asked my wife to come back to Pakistan and live with me. we together, took this decision and now she is living with me in Pakistan. we can rely on Visa officers, they can't feel our pain. Canadian visa is totally bull shit.do u guys face Marital problems? bc you are apart from loved ones??
i think we will get divorced
asking your spouse to come here in Pakistan and live with you till visa granted, it vary from case to case. But these Canadians always praise to Canada that its a wonderful country and there are a lot of job opportunities. why don't they leave their current job and come here in Pakistan till visa grant. After that find another job in that Heaven Land, when reached back.do u guys face Marital problems? bc you are apart from loved ones??

Did you get it yet ?My timeline is the same, my MP assured me before 15 January 2021...ppr
I (Canadian citizen) have submitted outland sponsorship PR application for my wife (Pakistani citizen, lives in Pakistan) and it was received at CPC Sydney on Dec 31 2020 - no AOR yet and I am assuming it will take at least a year (assuming they're getting back on track after the initial delay due to COVID) for the PR visa. I wanted to apply for her TRV so she can visit me in Canada in the meantime but have concerns about refusal due to following issues:
- She is a housewife and has no job, but she owns some investments (worth few million rupees) in Pakistan and her immediate family (parents, siblings) live there - is that enough for proof of ties back home?
- If I am inviting her (include a letter of invitation with the TRV application), does she still have to show her financial assets or can I just show mine, explain that I will be responsible for her finances and that will suffice for the TRV?
- How do you 'declare' dual intent (since her sponsorship PR application is already submitted) on a TRV application? Will it improve chances of the TRV application being accepted?
- IRCC's website mentions the processing time for tourist visa on the website (updated last week) from Pakistan as 445 DAYS(!!). That is longer than the processing time for spouse PR on the website! so if I submit TRV now I should expect a decision to be made by summer 2022? Or does it mean something else? I thought tourist visa decisions before COVID were made in a month or two - maybe twice as long now due to COVID. If it really is taking a year and a half now, is it worth it even applying or should I just wait for the PR visa?
Thanks, it has been difficult - we have been away from each other for a year now since I'm studying in Canada and she's in Pakistan.
you take a new page WORD, write your name, surname, case number , IMM № and "page № 2" on top and keep writing. then convert WORD to PDF andI have a very stupid question.
While filling out application forms, what is the best way to answer questions that don't fit in the space given?
