CEC: CRIMINALITY & SECURITY CHECK TIMELINE

Hello all,
My AOR is July 29 (CEC - VO Sydney), through my calls to IRCC I'd found that:
my elig. is passed, criminality in progress and security not started.
I had biometric from 3 years ago on my study permit and they've considered it so my criminality is in progress since Sep-24 when they asked my canadian PCC. But again I called IRCC last week she said the criminality is still in progress.. I don't know why it is taking long for Criminality although Security has not been started yet.

1. So does it mean security will also take some additional month and if so then my file will take more than a year???

2. Also I have my inland spouse on my file, my funny was they only asked my Canadian PCC, should I send her PCC by webform even they haven't ask for it?

Called IRCC today and looks like my criminality is now passed, so I guess I'm just waiting for the PPR now?

I don't know the date by heart, I was in my phone and in a hurry so I didn't check, I just mentioned it was in my signature, I didn't mean to sound rude or disrespectful

Spouse gave biometrics on Feb 1, 2021. Criminality pending, everything else passed.
