They can apply BC PNP express entry certificate and keep both.
BC is allowing to do that. No need to do anything just apply for the EE PNP stream.

Lovely if this is confirmed. This paper application is and endless and frustrating wait.
The unfortunate wait is the total lack of format in the process,inconsistent haphazard and sometimes outright blunder.
From 5months to 6months and now 7months....without know dates for biometrics or Medical test.
This is really challenging for applicants.
Programed and planned schdule irrespective of how prolonged is better than no schdule.

Hey Vineeshvi, I got AOR a week ago. I know AOR means which is acknowledgement of receive but does it also mean that the submitted application is complete & correct??

It's probably wise to assume they are closed from 24th to 4th of January.
I would not expect any AORs or other updates today.

You can yes, Doc only needs ur UCI/Application number and you get a e-medical form to submit to webform yourself afterwards.

got biometrics request: Dec-22-2020

1. So I can't submit upfront medicals now.. right??
2. Any idea how long it may take for IRCC to update biometrics status after we give the biometrics?
3. In case I not go for upfront medicals, any idea how long it may take for IRCC to request medicals??
4. After medicals, how long it takes to get PR??

3. These days 2019 Jul~ Sep AR got MR, so it will take over 1 year from AR.

I wish that would help, I've emailed MP and Mr. Medicis before.
MP was able to get additional details for me, but that's essentially a GCMS notes, they can't speed it up.
Medicis office plain ignored it with an automated answer and redirected me to "submit a webform in ircc".

The process for paper based applications is ridiculous, the worst part is majority of those are inland, with jobs and taxes being paid aka ideal candidate for a Canada as an immigrant, but that fact is put aside apparently.

You got the point bro! For me, i have been in Canada for 7 years, i studied and working here, and they are still processing my background check for an endless time. i cant believe it....

Even if you send now another application. Seeing current trend of AR to AOR of 6-7 months. You will get next AOR in June or July 2021. Rest is your call.

There is nothing with temporary file number. It’s juts that they have opened your package and gonna do completeness check soon and send AOR.
