What if they lost our application? How will we extend our nomination them ? Bullshit not our mistake.
Yeah I agree that it is bullshit. Problem is: how can I say that they really lost my application or its processing is just delayed? I tried the webform several times and they always reply saying the same thing: that they don't have any information and could not locate my application even though I attached the tracking history (showing that the package was delivered in Sydney), the receipt showing that I paid the $2820 fee, etc. What else can I do?
They say: call Canada Post and ask them for information... Really? Well, I did that and they state the obvious: if the tracking shows that it was delivered, it is because it was. Nothing else I can do...
Next step is probably email MPs and immigration minister, maybe the media as well, because honestly, this is not my fault. I want my PR, got provincial nomination, I work hard, pay taxes, there is nothing to come back to in my home country.
I just called IRCC and spoke to an agent, she was very kind, but no temporary AOR for me. She talked to her boss, apparently things are getting worse and delays are even longer. She said that if by the date my WP expires (end of Oct, 2021) I don't have any application number, that I might be able to do something. She also said that Quebec PNP applications are taking 1 year for AOR. According to her, even pre-Covid19 the delays were getting longer in the paper-based process.
Bottomline: this is not gonna be a merry Christmas here. Anyway I wish you all a merry Christmas and hope that 2021 will be much better than 2020!

Hi all, I have a question with regards to my ADR:
They requested me to fill out schedule A again as they indicated a gap in my address. Now they are requesting to send my address from April 2010 to present date. Due to my last move, I won't be able to fit all of my addresses in the form that they've sent me. Can anyone encounter this issue and how did you address it? Also, I am a bit confused on how to report my travelling situations. There are several indications that I was travelling to my home country and didn't have any address in Canada. Should I mention those addresses in my home country as my living address?

When we call to client support center, did they send any notification email to you or your representative

In blank A4 sheet write address history and sign the same.

I wish that would help, I've emailed MP and Mr. Medicis before.
MP was able to get additional details for me, but that's essentially a GCMS notes, they can't speed it up.
Medicis office plain ignored it with an automated answer and redirected me to "submit a webform in ircc".

The process for paper based applications is ridiculous, the worst part is majority of those are inland, with jobs and taxes being paid aka ideal candidate for a Canada as an immigrant, but that fact is put aside apparently.

If anyone here has a BCPNP paper base and wanna go to Express Entry
They can apply BC PNP express entry certificate and keep both.
BC is allowing to do that. No need to do anything just apply for the EE PNP stream.

Yeah, I don't really expect it to help. It is just that by that time I will be probably open to try anything. I really wish we can hear better news in the coming months...

It's probably wise to assume they are closed from 24th to 4th of January.
I would not expect any AORs or other updates today.

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy new year everyone!
Govt don't shutdown...they only observe statutory holidays.....However, it's safe to assume the worst rather than be heart broken during the holidays
