Ontario announced that the application processing time was decreased to 30-60 days, but my status is still submitted after 44 days,

Just saw that the OINP processing time page was updated on Application processing times as of December 10, 2020. As per the this page, there is not change in the processing time .

I had many scan documents and docs ready. Hence, it was manageable in short period.

You are so lucky. It is a bit weird that my application is submitted for more than 51 days as Ontario has decreased processing time to 60 days.
