I have read in some other threads that that's the way it's done, print, sign and scan for all the forms.

Imm008 you sign
Imm008dep your spouse sign
Imm5406 one for each member each one signs it's own form
Imm5669 your spouse sign

Important that whenever your spouse signs it's acting as the principal applicant for that form

One question though, how did you contacted irrcc for this process?, webform or they asked you to send a email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca?

I'm doing the same process but I have been waiting more than a month for their email requesting documents
Yeh, I raised the webform and then requested to send me the documents

Hey what is your country of residence and what is the new date for MEP. I am also AOR 19 feb, FSW - O(PNP), country of residence - India. According to Last web form (mid October) my VO was CIO, Nova Scotia.
Eligibility verifications are currently valid.
Security background verification has not been initiated
The criminal background verifications currently valid
Any suggestions @legalfalcon

f the webform response states that the verifications are currently valid, “valid” here indicates, that the documents required for the specific stage are “legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC,” and no further input is required by the applicant.

This can indicate that your eligibility has been recommended passed or conclusively passed by an officer. see my previous post #2,521

Security only starts after eligibility is conclusively passed.

AOR 28th February
FSW O
Got 4 GUs in last 2 months

According to webform,
Background verifications valid
Criminality Background verifications valid
Security Background Verifications Valid

Waiting for PPR.

FYI...Outlanders other than Visa exempt countries usually get PPR not a COPR.(Hope I'm correct in this matter)
Hey when you say 4 GU's, did you get those all on different days? In my case I received 4 GU's but in pairs. Like first 2 I received with a gap of just 10 mins and same with other two. So does this count to 4 GU's or only 2.

Hello All. I am an FWS-O applicant from India. I just wanted to share my experience till now. My AOR was Feb15th and biometrics and Med were passed in March itself. From the GCMS notes we got way back in July we noticed that the application had been positively assessed my the Case Processing Agent in the early days of March and it had not been touched since then. I ordered another GCMS in October and received the same in November. To my dismay, the application status was the same and it had still not been touched since March. This is really sad as my application has not been touched for more than 8 months now. My VO is Ottawa and the Secondary office is CIO. Do you think there is any benefit of emailing the Visa Office on the email address shared earlier. I know there is noting much we can do than wait, but the fact that my application has been dormant for 8 months is really gnawing at me and is making me question the way the applications are being processed. Please let me know if there is any way I can nudge them to realize what's going on and resume my processing ASAP.

Exactly the same situation and same status. Feb 3 AOR - COR - Unites States and same visa office as yours. Ordered GCMS notes twice and file not touched since March.

Hi everyone, hope all is well and you're in good health.
I called IRCC yesterday, on October 9th. Huge news: Everything passed and is valid.
My application is awaiting the Final Review.
VFS is still closed in Brazil tough. VFS was unable to comment about the timeline but added "The Canada Visa Application Centre will re-open according to the directives of the respective embassy/consulate."
Hello folks! I received my GCMS notes today. My AOR is February 22nd 2020.
Eligibility: Passed (that was the GU on Sep 9)
Security: Redacted (probably passed too)
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
The latest note reads ***PACE*** FINDEC pending. That probably means the final decision is pending, in IRCC jargon.
Anyway, this sounds good to me. I hope that the final decision arrives soon.

Same here.... Mine has not been touched since early June. Still waiting.... It is a rather sad situation that we all are in. I am happy to see people with AORs from June, July and August getting their PPRs, but, to be honest, it also pains me at the same time. I wonder if they have lost my application altogether after all.

Hello guys,

I have a question regarding PCC. I am submitting documents of my spouse and CIC is saying that upload the PCC of the country where you have lived more than six months. So, the thing is my spouse stayed in one country from JULY 17,2018 to JAN 06,2019. So, if we count from JULY 17 then it is less than 6 months. However if we count JULY as a first month and JAN as a last month then it is more than six months.

So , I am confused in this. How does CIC count this ?

if anyone have any idea then please help me out in this

@legalfalcon Hey, You have always cleared my doubts. Please help me in this. Thanks

Just wait for another week. Webform responses have been delayed.
Thanks I got the response today after waiting as per your advise, however it is asking me to mail a new Generic application form for canada (IMM 0008) and if applicable couple of other forms. Can this be submitted online?
Also my spouse is listed as non accompanying so I believe the baby born now (in India) too would be counted as non accompanying right? How do I make sure they do not mistake my Add On request to be that of adding my spouse and child in my application (My points would be below cut off if they do that ) Can anyone please help on this ? I am sorry with so many things going on I couldnt research a lot on this .

This is the text of the webform reply I got today

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
When you have a permanent residence application in process, a family member could be added at a later date, even if they were listed as a non-accompanying dependant in the initial application.
To add a person to your application, we invite you to complete the following forms and mail them to the Case Processing Centre in Edmonton, Alberta:

and
  • The add-on requestincluding:
    • your client ID number/UCI,
    • a detailed letter of explanation,
    • a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
    • if applicable, the proof of payment.
Useful tips:
  • If the newly eligible family member is a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child who is already permanent resident or Canadian citizen, only the add-on request is required.
  • If needed, please consult the instruction guide of the application you submitted to assist you in filling out the required forms.
  • Please ensure to write ADD-ON on the forms and on the envelope.
  • If you would like proof that your application was received, we suggest that you use registered mail with Canada Post or a courier service such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.
We hope that this information will facilitate the process of family reunification.
Your add-on request will be evaluated by the responsible office. You will be contacted when a decision will be made or if further information is required.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.
We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

IRCC goes by month and year. However, since as per dates you do not meet the 6 months threshold, you do not need to submit the PCC and you can explain it in LoE.

If IRCC requires a PCC, they will ask.
