@legalfalcon My AOR is July 02 CEC Inland. I completed my biometrics on Oct 30 and on Nov 02 RRPR fee payment request was sent to me. I paid the fee on the same date but no movement since then. Please advise how long of a wait is anticipated? Does RRPR fee request mean anything? Did not paying RRPR fee upfront caused delay in my application? If so, how long is the delay typically?

After you paid the fee, did you send the receipt.

RPRF fee is after when the eligibility is in progress or is passed and is a good sign.

IF you did not pay RPRF fee earlier, it does not delay the application per se, but does add some additional time, in which a request is sent to you, you make the payment and send the receipt and then it is updated in your file.

PPR email it is mentioned send passport to Paris VO and if you check in CIC web site LVO for Spain is Paris

If you have been asked to send your passport to Paris, visit any fedex or DHL office and get an envelope and address it to yourself, and pay the fee. If you are unable to do it at an office, you can do it online, by printing a shipping label, with your address as the recipient and Spain VO as the sender. You can pick the envelopes at any fedex or DHL office, or just have the shipping label with the package which can be used with any envelope.

Include the shipping label and the envelope with your passport package.

Thank you @caipsnotes , could you help how to send a prepaid envelope, it is almost a week I am not able to submit a passport as DHL or UPS say they don't have a facility for prepaid envelope for international couriers.

Ok, anyone else you know facing this situation?

@legalfalcon I paid the fee on the same date I.e. Nov 2 and uploaded and submitted the receipt but I haven't yet heard anything from them.

Status: Nov 02 we are reviewing the additional documents that you have provided.

Latest update on profile is for Medical on July 22 and biometrics completed on oct 30. My aor is July 02.

Please advise how long do you think its going to take and why haven't they looked at the rrpr receipt yet.

Currently there are significant delays, so speculating any time frame is not worth it. Just wait, and after a week or so, send a webform.
